THE PROGRAM
Our exclusive "Tax Credit Equity" program enables individuals, trusts, and business taxpayers to pre-purchase tax credits, at discounted rate, for use as tax payments. Programs subscribers also receive cash premiums, profit participation, and other perks. Funds have no risk of loss. Enrollment is limited.
THE BENEFITS
Our program offers a no-risk investment with a blended return of state tax credits, cash premiums, and profit participation. Subscribers receive tax credits for use on their tax filings as a direct reduction on the amount of taxes owed (unlike deductions which lower taxable income). Additional perks, such as on-screen credits and premiere invitations, are also available in certain instances.
THE PROCESS
Upon close, funds are safely held in an accredited escrow account for a preset period, during which time we attempt to package an approved motion picture production. If packaging is unsuccessful, investors receive 100% refund, plus interest earned in escrow. If packaging is successful, investors receive tax credit and cash premium benefits. Certified accounting and reporting are provided throughout the process.
